Given the current COVID-19 situation, the safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. Accordingly, we are limiting in-person visits to only essential, emergency care and will have very limited office hours. To facilitate this, we are now offering virtual visits via telemedicine. These virtual visits can replace many in-person visits. Patients must have a phone, tablet or computer with a camera, and these visits are available to all NY Vision Group patients, new or existing. (Virtual telephone consults may only be used if virtual visits are not available for technical reasons). We are also re-filling prescriptions over the phone if necessary.
