Nicole J. Topilow, MD, is an ophthalmologist specializing in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Barnard College at Columbia University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a major in Biological Sciences. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from New York University School of Medicine, where she received the merit-based Silverstein Scholarship. She then completed an internal medicine internship at Mount Sinai West / St. Luke’s Hospital in New York and ophthalmology residency training at the #1 ranked Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida. Dr. Topilow completed a 2-year ASOPRS-accredited ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the prestigious University of California San Diego, Shiley Eye Institute.
Dr. Topilow’s clinical interests include functional and cosmetic eyelid and brow surgery, periocular reconstructive surgery, nasolacrimal and orbital surgery, thyroid eye disease management, and cosmetic injectables. She has presented her research at national meetings and has authored textbook chapters and several peer-reviewed publications.
